An international marine insurer is looking to recruit an underwriting executive to join their busy P&I underwriting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with new enquiries and amendments to policies. Amongst other things, responsibilities also include handling cancellations of covers, renewals of existing members and sanctions checks.

This role is ideally suited for someone with around one years’ experience in a professional working environment. Previous marine experience is not essential although will of course be an advantage.

This position is ideally based in the North East of England, however London is also a possibility.
