We are currently working on a role with an international shipowner/operator as they are currently expanding their Singapore team and are looking to hire a Senior Chartering Manager to strengthen their commercial team on the tonnage side.

For this role you will preferably be university degree educated, but this is not essential, as well as having 5+ years; relevant experience in the dry bulk/breakbulk shipping business.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the company’s tonnage procurement and chartering related activities in the Pacific. The role will require strong knowledge and experience to analyse market trends, identify opportunities for growth and drive existing and new chartering activities that support the strategic direction and help grow the business.
