This company are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the overall HR function; from developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment, managing the employee life cycle and the performance management process.

You will use your experience working with a global workforce to identify and deliver appropriate training and development programmes for employees.

You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have experience working in a HR department. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position based in Swansea. Entitlement to work in the UK is required.
