An international marine insurer is looking to add a Fixed Premium Underwriter to their team.

You will ideally have at least seven years’ P&I underwriting or broking experience, coupled with a knowledge of the small craft P&I market. Previous experience of fixed premium underwriting is highly beneficial.

You will be responsible for aspects of underwriting under the guidance of the relevant Director. All assistance is to be provided in line with the Department procedures and guideline. Depending on the level of experience, there is scope for the right candidate to take on the role at a Director level. You will need to be willing and able to develop new relationships whilst maintaining existing ones.
