
Sale and Purchasing Administrator – Athens

We are currently working with a growing ship owner/ operator who are looking to hire a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales and Purchasing Administrator. The role would be based in Athens and would be supporting the S&P department in London.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who has previous shipping/technical experience, with Post Fixture Administration being the ideal previous experience.
In this role, duties include:
– Organisation and administration of documents required for S&P transactions, managing Post Fixture requirements of all S&P transactions up to the delivery of the vessel. Updating various daily sheets and contacting decision makers to ensure efficient follow-up.
– Utilising MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint; Sharepoint, WhatsApp and company systems.
