Quality Assurance and Document Controller – Aberdeen, UK

A leading offshore shipping company, is looking to hire a Quality Assurance and Document Controller to join our Marine and QHSE department. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our business management system and ensuring legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update, revise, and organize marine and QHSE management system documents per regulations
• Maintain filing systems for legally required documentation
• Ensure documents meet presentation and compliance standards
• Support continual improvement of business management system
• Distribute updated documents and assist with audits
• Participate in incident investigations and emergency response
• Collect and analyze data for operational and HSE reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a marine, engineering, or offshore environment
• Working knowledge of maritime legislation, codes, and standards
• Familiarity with QHSE and quality management best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and workload management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BASSnet, and PowerBI
