About the Role: We are searching for an experienced Superintendent to join a close-knit team, focusing on the management of chemical tankers. This is an opportunity for a professional overseeing the operations of multiple vessels while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational performance of 3 to 4 chemical tankers.
• Oversee docking and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address any operational issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets for vessel operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vessel crews and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the maritime industry.
• Strong background in chemical tankers or Small LPG Vessels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required for vessel visits and dockings.
