Steve Cox
Chairman
Steve Cox, CEO of Spinnaker Global, is a law graduate from Swansea University who was called to the Bar but never practised.
He founded Spinnaker (under the original brand, Spinnaker Consulting) with Phil Parry in 1997. As Managing Director of Spinnaker from start-up until 2014, Steve grew the company to 40+ staff. Now CEO, Steve oversees the strategic direction of the three arms of the business – specialist recruitment, executive search and HR consulting.
