The content and structure of the training worked very well. Spacing the sessions about a month apart allowed the knowledge to embed while also providing time for self-reflection and opportunity to apply new techniques at work and observe the impact.
I also really enjoyed working in a small group, as it made me feel more comfortable opening up. The real star, however, was Paul, who created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged everyone to contribute to the discussion. The final one-to-one coaching session was a great way to bring everything together and conclude the experience.
