Torild held a virtual session for our diverse workforce over a year ago, and the positive effects are still felt today. Though we’ve long had progressive HR policies, including maternity and menstruation leave, we hadn’t fully considered the impact of menopause until this session. Torild’s open and engaging approach helped break down the stigma, offering insights that resonated across age groups and genders.
