With a successful client based in wider Europe, they need to an individual with an understanding of, and connections to the Spanish maritime market to capitalise on opportunities within this territory.
Your success will be rewarded with a bonus pay out on each vessel design project, or BWTS retrofit or conversion secured.
You will be able to speak both Spanish and English fluently.
Prior experience with sales is required within maritime, but it is not essential that is with ship design of BWTS.

We are currently working with Tanker Owner/ Operator based in London that are looking for a new hire for their Fleet Performance Team assuming responsibility for performance claims and supporting the Fleet Performance Manager.
the Fleet Performance Team is responsible for all aspects of performance of the fleet including monitoring, reporting, data mapping development of improvement strategies for speed and consumption, carbon emissions and technical performance.
On a day to day basis you would be calculating, issuing and countering all underperformance claims for the fleet including TC’d in and out tonnage as well as performing in depth analysis of performance metrics as related to claims for reporting to key stakeholders and inform decisions on where to deploy resources to reduce claims.
To be considered for this role it will be imperative that you have strong experience in performance analysis and an awareness of ESG matters and the the connection with performance.
As part of the Finance team of this world-renowned shipowner, using your finance skills, you’ll provide the chartering and operations team with sound, financial insights that will support in the making of key business decisions.
Analysing P&L, building dashboards and business interfaces, you’ll enhance the reporting landscape and improve the quality of the data set used.
There is the opportunity to work on cross-departmental projects as part of the finance organisation such as internal risk management.
You’ll have a degree in business, finance, analytics, statistics of mathematics.
Expereince in business analysis and an understanding of shipping and maritime would be highly advantageous.

We are currently working with a major international shipping and logistics group who are in the process of hiring a Pricing Analyst for their Project Cargo department in London. This is likely to evolve in a managerial post 12-18 months down the line so our client is ideally looking for someone that has this potential and solid experience in a commercially led position.
The main function of the job is to assess enquiries from the market received via the Line’s Agency Network, devise a solution for the carriage of the cargo, calculate a rate for the Cargo and return the rate to the Agency office to sell same to the client.
The other functions are to keep track of changes in the market, competition and the Line’s performance in the sector through reports from the Agency Network, trade statistics and internal performance statistics.
Ideally you will have commercial experience in breakbulk- OOG cargoes with some technical understanding although candidates with relevant commercial experience gained in other markets will still be considered if open to transitioning over. Excellent numerical capabilities would also be highly advantageous as well as exposure to using shipping systems and software.

We are currently working with one of the major international operators in the drybulk/ project cargo market with a large fleet of open hatch carriers who’re in the process of recruiting an experienced Chartering Manager for their team in Atlanta.
This hire will be responsible for the commercial management of the company assets, ensuring the vessels are competitively fixed as well as strategically developing new customer relations and generating new accounts and revenue streams.
It will be essential that you have proven commercial experience within the shipping industry and a strong awareness of contractual clauses to complement the core commercial skills necessary to be a successful Chartering Manager. Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in the project cargo/ bulk/ breakbulk markets.

A global tug operator is looking for a Training Master for a residential position in the Pacific.
You will be responsible for developing crew with special attention given to local crew who the company are looking to develop. Some Marine and HSEQ duties may be given to you as required.

Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the vessels are operated safely, efficiently, economically and in accordance with company procedures and instructions.
You will provide day to day technical and operational support and guidance to assigned vessels, manage vessel budgets, and carry out vessel visits.
You will also be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing dry dockings and major scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
Suitable candidates will have shorebased experience as Technical Superintendent with a dry fleet of vessels and have sailed as Chief Engineer.
