We have a team of maritime recruiters and researchers, a team of HR experts and data analysts, and our operations team which includes finance, marketing, IT and administrative support, all based in our UK office.

We are currently recruiting for the following:


Recruitment Resourcer

In this position you will be tasked with establishing new candidate relationships and bringing in hard to find and placeable candidates on an international level.
This is a role that requires someone that can think strategically about candidate generation and has a persistent mindset to find new candidates in a candidate led market. You would also be the driver behind a candidate marketing plan that is specific to the legal market working in tandem with our in-house marketing division.

To apply for this role you should have prior experience as a Recruitment Resourcer and have a real passion for meeting new people and evaluating what they would potentially be a good fit for. This hire would work very closely with our Senior Recruitment Consultant that focuses on the legal and insurance markets within shipping internationally. We are open to considering candidates without resourcing experience that feel they have the transferable skills.

We offer competitive basic salaries but the real selling point is the unlimited commission scheme that has no ceiling so the earning potential for top performers is very high. Our commission scheme for a Resourcer is very competitive due to the value we attribute to candidate generation.

Recruitment Consultant

In this position you will be tasked with developing new business internationally within oil majors, commodity groups, ship owners etc. The role would be ideally suited to someone that enjoys cultivating new business relationships and identifying new avenues for business on a global scale.

This would be a full 360 recruitment position with responsibility for delivery of roles that you have generated as well working in tandem with our resourcing team who will assist in generating new candidates in what is a candidate led market.

To apply for this role you should have prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally with a track record of developing new client relationships. This role could also potentially suit someone that has a background in business development/ sales that wants to transition into a recruitment role.

Delivery Consultant

You’ll be responsible for the identification, qualification, assessment, and presentation of suitable candidates for specific vacancies.

Searching a variety of sources, you’ll build relationships with candidates for open vacancies and be continuously building pipelines of candidates for future vacancies.

You’ll be proactive in your approach suggesting candidates with rare, high value skills sets that can be introduced to clients, even when they’re not hiring.

Confident with people, and comfortable on the phone, you’ll be dealing with candidates directly and you’ll be working closely with consultants with the aim to be dealing with clients directly.

Your success will be dependent on both your curiosity, willingness to learn and not being afraid to ask questions and ability to demonstrate working independently and the ability to make your own decisions.
