About the Company:

Role Overview:

The Technical Executive will play a pivotal role in providing document control and administrative support to Superintendents and Fleet Managers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of managed vessels. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally recognized organization while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Fleet Managers and Superintendents in monitoring vessels to ensure compliance with statutory safety, procedural, and machinery requirements, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the monitoring of planned maintenance systems, logbooks, abstracts, and periodic returns.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports to Fleet Managers, Fleet Directors, and other stakeholders on ship visits, inspections, and drills.
  • Maintain technical files and distribute technical bulletins to ensure the safe and efficient operation of managed vessels.
  • Coordinate and monitor essential services for ship operations, including port services, bunkering, and surveys.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating cost budgets and verify price quotations for spares, supplies, and services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in administrative and technical support roles, preferably within the maritime industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting technical and operational teams.
  • Proficiency in document control, reporting, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
