Business Development Manager – Ship Management
Location: Remote / Europe
An international maritime services provider is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to originate and close ship management opportunities across technical, crew, and compliance services.
This role is focused on delivering tangible results—identifying, developing, and securing management contracts with vessel owners, investors, and key decision-makers. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing, leveraging your existing network and market knowledge.
You will position the company as a hands-on, solutions-oriented partner, while identifying opportunities arising. Building long-term, trust-based relationships across the maritime ecosystem will be critical to success.
