Marketing and HRC Executive

Bethanie has been with Spinnaker since 2022 when she joined as a Recruitment Researcher working across the Commercial and Legal, P&I and Insurance Desk.

She has now moved over to work with Helen McCaughran and the HRC Team to assist with the marketing for Spinnaker and admin for the HRC Team.

Marketing is her passion proved when she won the ‘Social Media Cup’ within her first year of being here.

Bethanie studied LLB Law at Aberystwyth University and graduated with a 2:1.

Bethanie always wanted to be a detective when she was younger. Or a prima ballerina. She is also our youngest member and was the only member of staff not born before the company was established!

In her spare time, Bethanie is a mentor for legal students and graduates, helping them navigate university life, helping with organisation and revision tips as well as keeping-in-touch days and helping them keep on top of applications and transition into life after university.
