Clementine is a Recruitment Resourcer on the Legal, P&I and Insurance desk, joining Hayley Menere and Jay Farr. She has been with Spinnaker since February 2024 and brings with her 2 years of recruitment experience. She previously worked at another agency in Qualified and Legal Support Recruitment across all different areas of law throughout East Anglia and London. In her previous role, she won the ‘Workhorse of the Quarter’ award within her first year for her hard work in relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Clementine graduated with a 2:2 in 2021 from Middlesex University with a BA in Law.

Clementine joins Bethanie-Taylor Grenfell in being one of our youngest members, and the only members of staff not born before the company was established!

In her spare time, Clementine enjoys venturing out and exploring the world on holidays with friends and family.
