Clementine works as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Legal and P&I sectors at Spinnaker, working closelt with Law Firms, Shipping Companies and P&I Clubs. Clementine joined Spinnaker in February 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in legal recruitment.

At Spinnaker, Clementine’s responsibilities include sourcing and screening qualified candidates for legal, P&I, and insurance positions within the maritime industry, conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, and building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline while working closely with top clients across the sector.

Clementine holds a BA in Law from Middlesex University, which she obtained in 2021 with a 2:2 classification. Her legal education provides a strong foundation for understanding the intricacies of the legal sector, enabling her to better serve clients and candidates in her recruitment role.

Prior to her current position, Clementine accumulated just under two years of valuable recruitment experience. She was employed at a reputable recruitment agency where she focused on Qualified and Legal Support Recruitment. Her expertise spans various areas of law, including, but not limited, to Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Property Law.

During her career, she successfully placed candidates in law firms and legal departments throughout East Anglia and London, demonstrating her ability to understand and meet the diverse needs of both clients and candidates in different geographical markets. Her passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities drives her success in the competitive field of specialised recruitment.

Outside of work, Clementine enjoys going on holidays and exploring different cultures. She has visited 13 countries, including over 10 islands and cities, and plans to add more to her list.
