Ollie has been a pivotal member of the Spinnaker team since joining in 2010, bringing with him nearly 20 years of recruitment experience. Throughout his time at Spinnaker, Ollie has dedicated 15 years to specialising in the technical sectors of the maritime industry. His extensive focus on this area has allowed him to build a robust network of clients and candidates across the globe, making him a trusted expert in maritime recruitment.

At Spinnaker, Ollie’s areas of expertise include Agency, Crewing, Logistics, Management, Marine, Procurement, Shipmanagement, and Technical roles. He works closely with shipowners, operators, and management companies, connecting them with top talent and providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet the specific needs of each business. With his deep knowledge of the maritime industry and commitment to fostering long-lasting relationships, Ollie continues to be a key figure in Spinnaker’s success within the technical recruitment space.

Ollie’s academic background includes a BSc in Economics and Geography from Kingston University, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation that complements his recruitment work.

Outside of his professional career, Ollie is a passionate rugby enthusiast, both as a player and a fan. One of his personal highlights was meeting his childhood hero, rugby legend Rory Underwood, at the 2023 Spinnaker Maritime HR Conference. When not on the rugby pitch, Ollie enjoys spending quality time with his young daughter and making the most of family life.
