Sandra Brown

Reward Manager

Sandra is a Reward Manager at Spinnaker and has been here since 2017 when she helped with the launch of the SEA benchmarking reporting. She now focuses on both the Maritime HR Association and Seafarer Employers’ Association and the annual Maritime Conference planning.

Prior to Spinnaker, Sandra worked for 26 years in Corporate Banking functions at Lloyds Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland, with 17 years of those in Ship Finance.

She holds a degree in Financial Services Management from many years at night school, achieving a 2:1.

A fun fact about Sandra is that in her spare time, she practices Kung Fu/Wing Chun and has recently achieved her green sash.
