Spinnaker entered the board level search over 20 years ago, and was created by our CEO, Phil Parry. Now headed up by Managing Director, Teresa Peacock, many well-known executives and non-executive board members have been recruited for private and public shipping companies as well as trade associations and charities.

Since 2005, Spinnaker has been providing reliable salary and wage data for shipping employers, their boards and remuneration committees.
The Maritime HR Association is a members ‘club’ providing salary and bonus benchmarking reports for shore-based employees in all major shipping hubs. The Maritime HR Association now boasts 110 members, with salary and bonus reports produced annually. The report provides information for over 21 job families, one of which is the Executive Leadership job family. These reports are recognised as the most comprehensive and reliable in the shipping industry globally.
