Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving strategic change? A prominent organisation is seeking an HR Manager to lead critical human resource functions, including organisational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and employee relations based in the Middle East.
In this leadership role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge HR strategies, ensure the optimisation of workforce structures, and drive a culture of performance, inclusivity, and engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, delivering expert guidance on HR matters and influencing the people agenda to align with business objectives.
We are seeking candidates with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, within the Oil & Gas sector. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certification from an accredited HR body is an advantage. Strong business acumen, consulting capability, and the ability to manage change are essential to success in this role.
