Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving strategic change? A prominent organisation is seeking an HR Manager to lead critical human resource functions, including organisational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and employee relations based in the Middle East.
In this leadership role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge HR strategies, ensure the optimisation of workforce structures, and drive a culture of performance, inclusivity, and engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, delivering expert guidance on HR matters and influencing the people agenda to align with business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred), with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. A professional certification such as CIPD, PHR, or SPHR is highly desirable. Industry-specific expertise or regional experience is a plus.
