Director – Strategic & Commercial – Europe

This pivotal position involves developing the company growth strategy to ensure financial performance and continued development.

The successful candidate will work alongside the founder and owner to examine business opportunities, assessing risk and reward.  This is a new role, so you will be adding value to an already well established and successful company.  Key responsibilities include devising marketing strategies, leading negotiations, and managing contractual requirements while staying informed about market trends.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional negotiation skills, with maritime sector experience being crucial. Any experience of Africa would be an advantage.

EU working entitlement is required.  Based in the Netherlands.
