About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Crew Operator to join a leading Shipping Company in London. In this strategic role, you’ll manage a focused portfolio of up to 6-8 vessels across tanker operations, focusing on crew retention and promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead crew operations for a specialized tanker fleet
• Develop and implement crew retention strategies
• Manage promotions and career development within fleet
• Oversee regulatory compliance specific to tanker operations
• Report directly to the General Fleet Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in crew operations, specifically with tanker fleets
• Strong understanding of tanker ship operations and industry regulations
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience managing teams effectively
