Fabrications Operations Manager – Middle East

An industry-leading offshore oil and gas fabrication company is seeking a highly experienced Fabrications Operations Manager to oversee fabrication operations, yard management, and construction activities.

This senior role involves managing all aspects of the fabrication facility’s operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and directing fabrication activities, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience liaising with clients, project teams, and functional managers.

Candidates must have 20+ years of relevant experience in fabrication operations, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control within the offshore oil and gas sector. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving is essential. A B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or (or equivalent experience) is required.
