Ideal Candidate Profile Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Marine HR (onboard ships or shore-based)
• Diploma qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and cultural diversity skills
• Sailing experience preferred
