Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive hull insurance brokerage operations, with primary focus on marine hull insurance and complementary expertise in cargo and liability insurance
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key marine insurance markets and clients
• Conduct sophisticated risk assessments and design tailored insurance solutions for maritime clients
• Negotiate complex insurance terms, conditions, and pricing structures
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth
• Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

• Ideally, a minimum 10 years of experience in marine insurance brokerage, with extensive hull insurance expertise
• Proven track record in maritime insurance, with strong knowledge of hull products, with cargo, and liability insurance experience useful
• Deep understanding of marine risk management and insurance market dynamics
