The successful candidate will lead a team of Technical Superintendents, ensuring flawless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted fleet performance with a customer- and vessel-centric approach. This is a high-impact role suited to a strategic leader with deep technical knowledge and an ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable fleet management role, supported by a Chief Engineer’s Certificate of Competency and sailing experience as Chief Engineer on dry cargo vessels. Key strengths must include technical problem-solving, budget control, and regulatory compliance.
