What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s operations and communications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day office administration
- Maintaining accurate records and managing spreadsheets
- Supporting the Association, Head of Global Coordination, and Executive Committee with both internal and external communication
- Assisting with new and ongoing projects across the organisation
- Helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver events
- Onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth joining experience
- Acting as a communications liaison for the Head of Global Coordination and the Executive Board
- Creating and organising content for the website, social media channels, and wider digital platforms
