Details for the 2026 Maritime People & Culture Conference for been finalised!

The agenda is in place, and location decided! For the 2^nd year running the event will take place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City on the 13^th & 14^th May 2026.

Since its launch in 2006, the conference has grown to be one of the best-known events in the maritime industry’s calendar. Over 200 maritime HR and crewing professionals from across the globe attend the 2-day summit to listen to industry speakers and join panel discussions.

This year the agenda tackles issues causing headaches for many maritime HR professionals and CEO’s. Sessions include on Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose, Mentorship, Occupational Health, EU Pay Transparency, and a focus on Health & Wellbeing on the second day of the event.

We will also welcome those who made the 30 under 30 list, some of whom will be joining a panel discussion on what motivates them to succeed.

For the 3^rd year running, we will continue with the Best HR Initiatives in the sector which cover health & wellbeing, learning & development, employee engagement, and a unique HR Champion award. The winners will be announced during the Gala Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 13^th May 2026.
