Poppy is quickly making her mark, redefining what can be expected at an early career stage. In her role, she plays a key part in developing exposure-based pricing models, case pricing, and portfolio analytics, working closely with underwriting and claims teams to translate complex technical inputs into clear, actionable insight that directly supports decision-making.

Over the past 12 months, Poppy has led the redevelopment of core pricing models, delivering more accurate and intuitive technical pricing aligned with the portfolio. She has also developed a new technical rating tool that is enhancing how underwriters assess risk, as well as introducing a continuous underwriting performance framework, providing real-time visibility into how individual decisions impact overall portfolio performance. Alongside this, she authored the team’s data visualisation playbook, helping to raise the standard of how analytical insights are communicated across the business.
