Reece plays a key role in advising owners, shipyards, and family offices on complex, high-value transactions involving some of the world’s most sophisticated luxury assets. His work spans the full asset lifecycle, including sale and purchase transactions, newbuild construction projects, and financing arrangements. Through this, he supports clients in navigating intricate negotiations, structuring contracts, and managing risk across multi-jurisdictional deals.

Over the past 12 months, Reece has been involved in a number of significant transactions within the superyacht and private aviation sectors, with individual deals valued in the tens of millions of euros. His work has supported clients through complex commercial and legal processes, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently while safeguarding their interests across every stage.

Alongside his client work, Reece is actively contributing to the development of the wider industry. As President of Young Professionals in Yachting, he leads an international network dedicated to connecting and supporting emerging talent. Over the past year, he has organised and hosted a series of events for a growing membership base, bringing together industry professionals to share knowledge, insights, and career guidance. These initiatives have played an important role in strengthening networks and supporting the next generation entering the sector.
