Role Requirements

• Steady proven experience in dry bulk vessel operations
• Desirable expertise with Supramax vessels
• Strong knowledge of charter parties, voyage estimations, and post-fixture operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
• Comprehensive understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices
• Teamplayer who can adapt to a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company’s dry bulk fleet
• Manage vessel scheduling, cargo operations, and port calls
• Liaise with charterers, agents, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor voyage performance and implement efficiency improvements
• Contribute to operational strategy development
