Megan is a 360’ Recruitment Consultant at Spinnaker, working here since February 2024. She works alongside Matt Cornelius and Aaron Griggs on the Commercial Desk, providing services for clients across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East helping support candidates in finding their dream roles within the shipping industry.

Megan’s career in recruitment for the past 5 years has been based within a range of industries; her most recent background was permanent finance recruitment. Before this, she provided recruitment services for temporary business services positions; working with global recruitment firm, Adecco.

During her spare time, Megan makes the most of family time, sees friends outside of work, and has a hobby of interior design & photography.
