I’m glad you reached out, as it’s a great opportunity to give you an update on X and the remarkable impact he’s had since joining us in late 2023. X has truly transformed the HR space at Y. His recent two-year look-back and look-ahead presentation at our end-of-year board meeting highlighted just how much has been accomplished under his leadership, along with a clear roadmap for the next 2–3 years.
He’s not only enhanced our HR practices to match the scale and reach of the company today but has also set the foundation for evolving our culture to better support our people and business goals. There’s still plenty to do, of course, but the progress so far has been very encouraging, and I’m excited to see his plans come to life in the coming years.
Thank you again for helping us find X – he has been an excellent addition to our team.
