Chief Financial Officer – Monaco

A privately owned shipping and maritime investment group managing and owning a fleet of vessels, alongside a portfolio of maritime investments and related ventures are hiring a CFO to work directly with ownership on financing, investments and long-term strategy with the aim of achieving continuous growth across the business.

• Lead financing, refinancing and capital raising activity across the group
• Partner with ownership on investments, acquisitions and strategic projects
• Represent the business with banks, investors and the wider shipping finance community

An established accounting team is already in place, allowing focus to remain on commercial finance, capital allocation and business growth rather than day-to-day accounting.
 
The environment is entrepreneurial, fast moving and collaborative. Direct access to decision-makers is the norm, and involvement extends across multiple areas of the business.
 
The role is based in Monaco.
 
Key experience required:

• Ship finance and maritime lending expertise
• Experience securing debt, refinancing and raising capital
• Senior finance leadership experience within a shipping, vessel-owning or maritime business
