Crew Administration Officer

Crew Administration Officer – Bulk Carriers – Monaco

We are working with C Transport Maritime, an established Monaco-based maritime company with an international outlook, to recruit a Crew Administration Officer. This is an opportunity to join the team supporting fleet of 12 bulk carriers and the seafarers who operate them.

Working as part of the technical team and reporting to the Crew Manager, you will help keep crewing activities organised and running smoothly. The role offers regular contact with vessels and shore-based colleagues, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys both detailed administration and working with people.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate crew records and documentation.
• Check financial statements received from the bulk carrier fleet’s manning agency for accuracy and enter the relevant data into the company’s system.
• Help coordinate crew changes, travel arrangements and joining requirements.
• Monitor crew certificates and other documentation, following up when updates are needed.
• Assist with other crewing administration tasks as required.

Essential requirements

• University degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A motivated, team-oriented approach.

Previous experience in crew administration or a similar maritime role is highly preferred.
