Tine joined Spinnaker in 2026 as a Recruitment Consultant on the Technical team. She works closely with colleagues Oliver Mason and Chloe Harrington-Grace on roles such as Technical Superintendents, HSEQ Officers and Vetting Inspectors. She helps organisations such as shipowners and shipmanagers find their next hire
Before joining Spinnaker, Tine built a successful career in talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment strategy, partnering with organisations to attract, engage and retain talent. She has worked closely with senior leaders across a range of industries, helping businesses understand their people needs and connecting them with the right talent. Her extensive experience in talent attraction, stakeholder management and building long-term relationships brings a consultative and people-focused approach to recruitment.
Tine completed a Master’s degree in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing in 2026. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner and has completed a Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling. She has put these skills to good use through volunteering with an organisation supporting vulnerable adults and families.
Outside of her professional life, Tine enjoys travelling, exploring new places and continuing to learn about psychology, wellbeing and what motivates people. Tine is an enthusiastic cold-water swimmer and loves a good podcast.
Tine speaks Danish and English.
