Spinnaker is supporting an established international technology services provider in the search for a Head of Cyber Security to lead, develop and scale its cybersecurity offering.
 
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an existing cybersecurity function, shape its strategy, build a high-performing team and develop a market-leading managed security services offering.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cybersecurity strategy, service development and technical delivery.
• Build, manage and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team.
• Establish robust SLAs, processes, governance and operational standards.
• Develop and enhance managed cybersecurity products and services.
• Oversee security architecture, operations, incident response and vendor relationships.
• Work closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy, investment and growth.

 
Requirements:

• Proven cybersecurity leadership experience, ideally within an MSP, MSSP or technology services provider.
• Experience building, transforming or scaling cybersecurity teams and managed services.
• Strong technical knowledge across security operations, infrastructure, network security and incident response.
• Commercial awareness and experience delivering cybersecurity solutions to external customers.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with practical technical expertise.
• Maritime experience is advantageous but not essential.

 
Location:
Cyprus-based candidates are preferred, although international applicants will be considered, with periodic travel to Cyprus required.
