Aaron Griggs

Recruitment Consultant

Aaron is a Recruitment Consultant who has been with us since February 2023. He works alongside Matthew Cornelius and Megan Fox on the Commercial Desk here at Spinnaker. He works with a large network of clients including major shipowners, operators, brokerages, commodity groups, and oil majors.

Aaron’s career began 20 years ago, and he has 10 years’ experience in financial services, followed by a career recruiting within Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, and M&A across the UK and USA. He has won an award for his Business Development achievements and was “Rookie of the Year”.

Aaron is a qualified youth football coach and is an avid Arsenal Football fan. And when he isn’t surrounded by football, he loves to travel. In fact, he previously lived in Spain and Poland.
