Hayley has worked in recruitment since 2006 and is currently a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Spinnaker on the legal, P&I and insurance desk. She recruits into insurers, law firms, P&I clubs and shipping companies globally and has secured an impressive list of contacts within these businesses.
During her career in the recruitment industry, Hayley achieved a place as one of the ‘UK’s Top 5 Permanent Consultants’ at Brook Street Bureau and has been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
Hayley is an active member of WISTA (Women’s International Trading & Shipping) and can be found networking at their events throughout the year.
