Her mix of internal and agency experience, combined with her understanding of a wide variety of sectors, gives her a well-rounded view of what both clients and candidates need.
With a proven track record of consistency and hard work, Megan has developed a reputation for her professionalism, persistence, and ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities. She brings a thoughtful, relationship-led approach to recruitment and thrives on the challenge of finding talent for complex, technical roles in a competitive global market.
Though her career path has taken a different turn, Megan once dreamed of being a marine biologist—so her role in the maritime world feels like a full-circle moment! Outside of work, she’s happiest outdoors, enjoying hiking, swimming, and running. She’s also passionate about photography and live music, always seeking the next gig or scenic trail to explore.

Megan is brilliant! Having worked with her, alongside Teresa on a recent appointment, her support was truly invaluable throughout the process. She is incredibly supportive and I was especially impressed with how proactive she is in taking initiative to ensure everything moves swiftly and stress free. She also has a very positive vibe about her, passionate about what she does, follows through and make sure she delivers above and beyond. She genuinely cares and you can feel it! Working with her on this was a bit like having a best friend you can always count on and I feel blessed to have worked with her. Could not have hoped for a better experience.
