Technical Superintendents (Chief Engineer Licence) – EU Talent Pool

We are currently building a European talent pool of Technical Superintendents with Chief Engineer licences for upcoming opportunities with leading shipowners and ship management companies across the region.

Requirements We are interested in hearing from professionals who have:

• Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency (Unlimited preferred)
• Previous experience sailing as Chief Engineer
• Shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent or similar technical management role
• Experience managing commercial vessels (e.g. tankers, bulk carriers, containers, gas or offshore vessels)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, maintenance planning and dry-docking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
