Our client, established shipbrokers with Headquarters in Greece are expanding their business to the UAE and offering a unique opportunity to open and manage the new office operations.

The position will require duties of recruitment, opening the office and onboarding of operations that will need to be up and running, implementing new processes and working alongside existing colleagues to build up the new team in Dubai.

Experience wise, the suitable candidate will be from an active broking position along with director or managerial exposure; comfortable with leading and managing functions and a team. 

Excellent communication and decision making skills are required. The suitable candidate will have to be dedicated, passionate about taking the next step and motivated to have processes completed efficiently and effectively.
