Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, offering expert advice and resolving operational and technical challenges.
• Leadership: Develop a small, remote team, fostering collaboration and ensuring high customer service standards.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance on chemical tanker operations, cargo handling, and polymer coating issues, ensuring efficient and safe processes.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective solutions.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
