Manage and report on the financial performance of the UK managed fleet. You will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance, ensuring everything aligns with company standards.
You’ll work with the Financial Controller, the Commercial Director, and other senior internal stakeholders providing financial insight.
A solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS and UK GAAP) will be essential as you oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, management reporting, and analytics.
While experience in the maritime industry is an advantage, it’s not a must. What’s more important is your hands-on experience in financial consolidation and your ability to engage with management reporting and analytics.
You will also have exposure to compliance matters, particularly around UK tonnage tax and transfer pricing, offering a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a complex, global business environment.
You’ll also work closely with teams in both the UK and Singapore, making cross-border collaboration an integral part of the role.
This role will provide you with ownership of the financial operations, to be part of an evolving team, and gain exposure to different areas of finance beyond traditional accounting.
We’re seeking qualified accountants with 3-4 years PQE with experience in consolidation, management reporting, and compliance matters.
Maritime industry experience is a bonus, but we’re more interested in your ability to adapt and get up to speed in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
