Inhouse Shipping Lawyer

Spinnaker are partnered with an international shipowner who are looking to hire a claims manager in the legal team. You will be responsible for advising on shipping related claims including charterparty disputes, off-hire disputes, hold failure issues, performance claims, early/late redelivery, charter cancellation or laytime & demurrage disputes to name a few!
  
Being an inhouse role the role will be varied and will also asked to provide guidance on operational issues, analyse charterparty clauses plus offering advice on bills of lading, LOIs and other shipping documents.
