The candidate will hold responsibility for developing and growing services globally, with a solid understanding on the Polish industrial landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers and new cargo flows in the Polish market.
- Develop and execute account plans and budgets for selected customer segments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Present compelling value-added propositions to potential new clients and cargo owners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling claims, feedback, and rebate follow-up.
- Provide strategic input for traffic sales budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate customer data and provide regular account-level reporting.
- Continuously develop and improve daily sales operations and processes.
