Corporate / Commercial Solicitor – London

An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor in London. This is a non-contentious role; reviewing and drafting contracts for transactional deals and M&A work.

The principal areas of work span a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions across international and emerging markets, including M&A, joint venture, foreign investment, private equity, alternative financing structures and reorganisations, to corporate assistance with a financial buyer/seller.

Working for clients across a range of cross-border regulated/non-regulated sector transactions, with a particular focus on the shipping, transport and energy sectors, such as energy companies, ship owners, ship operators, private equity and other financial investors.

This role would suit a UK qualified solicitor with 1-5 PQE.
