A growing tanker owner is seeking a Fleet Manager to join their Athens office, offering a strong opportunity for progression into senior leadership.
 
The Role

• Oversee technical performance and operations across the fleet
• Support departmental restructuring and team development
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams

Requirements

• Currently a Senior Technical Superintendent / Senior Engineering Superintendent ready to step up
• Strong technical background (Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, or Mechanical Engineer preferred)
• Tanker experience advantageous
• Seagoing experience beneficial
