Chloe Harrington-Grace

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Chloe Harrington-Grace is a Senior Recruitment Consultant on Spinnaker’s Technical & Engineering desk, working closely with Ollie Mason and Megan Driscoll to support clients across the globe. Since joining Spinnaker in October 2025, she has specialised in recruiting for technical and operational roles within the maritime industry, including Marine and Technical Superintendents, Fleet Managers, HSEQ professionals, and Port Engineers.

Chloe partners with a wide variety of clients such as Marine Consultancies, P&I Clubs, Law Firms, Classification Societies, Flag States, Ship Registries, Asset Managers and Product & Service Providers, helping to place experienced professionals into roles that are essential to keeping vessels running safely and efficiently.

With over nine years of recruitment experience, Chloe began her career at just 17 and has since built a successful track record across Business Support, Medical, and Education sectors. Before joining Spinnaker, she spent seven years recruiting within the Adult Education sector, placing permanent staff across the UK. During that time, she achieved notable success, holding the record for both the highest and second-highest banked fees in her company’s ten-year history.

Known for her professionalism, tenacity, and strong relationship-building skills, Chloe takes pride in understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Her depth of experience across multiple industries has given her a versatile and people-focused approach to recruitment, which she now channels into this relationship-driven and technically demanding sector.

Though she once aspired to become a Sports Physiotherapist, Chloe quickly discovered her true passion for connecting people with rewarding careers. Outside of work, she’s an avid foodie who loves trying out new restaurants and has a weakness for a good weekend brunch. She’s also coffee-obsessed and a music enthusiast, often found at concerts and festivals whenever she can.

I can highly recommend Chloe. Within days of chatting to Chloe I had an interview and secured a job that is a great fit for me.

From the initial chat to ensure she was putting me forward for the correct role for me, to interview prep, in depth overview of the company, requirements and bio of interviewers Chloe definitely left me confident in the interview process. I was also very impressed with the aftercare ensuring contracts etc had been sent over and I was fully happy.

Thanks again Chloe. Your a gem.
