Managing Director – Maritime Technology (Germany)
 
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow a maritime technology business based in Germany. Reporting to the Chairman, you will have full P&L responsibility and overall accountability for business performance.
 
The role requires strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams, drive strategic direction, and build lasting customer relationships across international markets. You will identify growth opportunities, optimise operations, and ensure the company remains competitive within a dynamic sector.
 
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in senior leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth in a technology-driven environment. Experience within maritime, engineering, or related industries is highly desirable.
 
Fluency in English and German is required, as is EU working entitlement.
